One of our most special and iconic projects is the Bay View apartment complex in Chennai. In this tall building, we installed four high-speed elevators that stop at 41 different floors. These elevators are among the fastest in the city and have been working smoothly for the past 6 to 7 years. We made sure every part of the system met our strict quality checks before installation. They are still running today without any major problems, which makes us very proud. The design and smart controls of these elevators were done in close partnership with M/s Nidec Elevator, who are experts in elevator systems. This project shows how good teamwork, planning, and attention to detail can create something that works well for many years.

city Lift India (Ltd) has completed our Gift City Project at Ahmedabad comprising of High rise Residence Tower with 8 Nos. High-Speed Elevators of Speed 2.5 m/sec. speed for 20 Person capacity serving for 17 stops. Historically their performance level in our various projects since last 10~12 years in terms of both Installation works & Service deliverables are remarkable and in line with our expectations. I would also like to mention that City Lift has been completed and handed over with the inspection certificate of PWD for the visit of Hr. In Mumbai, several high-end buildings like One Hiranandani Park (OHP), IRIS, Philipa, Maitri Park, Arlington, Adonia, Hiranandani Hospital, Gemini, and Tribeca are all served by fast, high-capacity elevators. These elevators can carry 15 to 26 people at a time and travel at speeds of up to 3 meters per second, stopping on 29 to 32 floors. In total, more than 59 elevators have been supplied, installed, and maintained in these buildings. They were all built to meet our strict quality standards and have been running smoothly for over 10 years. This long and successful operation makes us very proud. The project was done for Roma Builders Pvt. Ltd., and we continue to provide service and support to keep everything working well every day.
